Information referring to Privacy Laws regarding Personal Data

The Ötzi-Alpine Marathon OK Team takes this opportunity of reminding everyone that the event organisers will treat all personal data supplied by marathon participants and guests according to the current European law regarding personal privacy. As stated in article 13 of law no. 196 dated 30th. June 2003 regarding the Protection of Personal Data, you have the legal right to check, change, adapt, correct, amend or cancel whatever data you may wish to at any time and we, the organisers, are required by law to see that your demands are met.
